Terms of service

These terms are between you or your organisation and Rubicon Microproducts Inc. (info@rubiconmp.com). By using Rubicon you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

Rubicon is in public beta. Features may change, and we may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the beta.

Rubicon Microproducts Inc. provides Rubicon, which lets organisations build forms, collect submissions, route them through business processes and track outcomes.

AI suggestions — drafted forms, extracted answers and case reviews — are advisory. You remain responsible for reviewing them and for the decisions you make.

Content your organisation creates or collects remains yours. You are responsible for having the right to collect the information your forms request and for giving requesters any notices the law requires.

You are responsible for the accessibility of the content you publish; the platform provides checks but does not certify legal compliance.

Keep your access credentials secure. Do not attempt to disrupt the platform, access data belonging to other organisations, collect payment card numbers or other highly sensitive data through forms without our agreement, or use the platform in breach of applicable law.

The platform — its software, structure and presentation — is our property and is protected by copyright.

Rubicon is free during public beta. If paid plans are introduced, prices will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions will be billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid features continue until the end of the period already paid for. Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

If a payment fails or a subscription ends, paid features may be limited after a grace period. We never delete your forms, processes or submissions automatically because a subscription expires.

Payments will be processed by Stripe. Card details are entered with Stripe and are never held by us.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. Write to info@rubiconmp.com with the email address on your receipt.

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or serious misuse. When access ends you can ask us to export your organisation's content; after a reasonable export window it may be deleted.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on AI suggestions without review.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept them.
