Enterprise systems
Oracle ERP requests, collected and approved properly.
Structured intake and approval routing for the requests that feed NetSuite, JD Edwards and Oracle Fusion — without customising the ERP.
The gap
Vendor onboarding, purchase and service requests reach Oracle ERP teams in many formats. Details are missing, approvals are informal and cycle time is invisible.
How Rubicon fits alongside Oracle ERP
Rubicon handles the human part of the request — intake, routing, approvals, clarifications — and hands clean, validated data on to Oracle ERP.
- Vendor and supplier onboarding forms with document upload and AI-suggested answers reviewed by the requester
- Subsidiary, item and location lookups from lists exported from your Oracle ERP
- Approval paths by amount, subsidiary or risk, with every decision recorded
- Webhook hand-off to your integration layer once a request is approved
What you measure
Volume, backlog, cycle time and outcomes per request type — calculated from real requests, before anything reaches Oracle ERP.
An honest note on integration
Rubicon does not ship a certified, pre-built connector for Oracle ERP today. Integration uses what ships now: outbound webhooks to an endpoint you or your integration partner provide (for example middleware in front of Oracle ERP), and lookup lists imported from CSV exports of Oracle ERP master data. Oracle, NetSuite and JD Edwards are trademarks of Oracle Corporation; Rubicon is not affiliated with or endorsed by Oracle.
