Infor LN service requests, without the email chase.
Field service, maintenance and customer service teams capture requests in Rubicon, route them through approvals, and pass complete, validated data to Infor LN.
The gap
Service requests for Infor LN usually start as emails, calls and spreadsheets. Planners re-key them, item or installation details are missing, and approvals happen outside any system of record.
How Rubicon fits alongside Infor LN
Rubicon handles the human part of the request — intake, routing, approvals, clarifications — and hands clean, validated data on to Infor LN.
- Service request forms with installations, items and sites selected from lists exported from LN — 100,000+ entries with cascading selection
- Conditional questions so requesters only see what applies to their request type
- Routing by priority, cost or warranty status to the right planner or approver
- Clarification requests sent back to the requester through a private reply link
- Outbound webhook with the validated request for your LN integration layer to create the service order
- AI summary of each request for faster review — a person always decides
What you measure
Volume, backlog, cycle time and outcomes per request type — calculated from real requests, before anything reaches Infor LN.
An honest note on integration
Rubicon does not ship a certified, pre-built connector for Infor LN today. Integration uses what ships now: outbound webhooks to an endpoint you or your integration partner provide (for example middleware in front of Infor LN), and lookup lists imported from CSV exports of Infor LN master data. Infor and Infor LN are trademarks of Infor; Rubicon is not affiliated with or endorsed by Infor.
